It’s November! How is that even possible!?
Many of us face the challenges and triumphs of being a woman of faith while pursuing meaningful goals. With our hectic lives, balancing responsibilities, aspirations, and spiritual growth it can often feel overwhelming. As we enter the holiday season, it’s easy to get swept up in celebrations, birthdays, shopping, and travel, making it feel like we don’t have time for God.
Hi 🙋🏻♀️… I can relate to that. My to-do list seems endless as I juggle my career and prepare my family for school parties and extracurricular activities, all while trying to find time for friends and family. By the time I lie down at night, intending to read my Bible, I’m just too exhausted. It sounds absurd, doesn’t it? I’ve come to realize that I need to prioritize this in the morning instead. I've created a routine that allows me to spend time alone with God each morning. It’s not just a box to check; it’s a way to hold myself accountable as we head into this busy season.
How can you hold yourself accountable in your walk with Christ? What steps can you take to ensure you spend time in His Word and with Him every day?
Below are some ideas! ⬇️
📍Daily Prayer and Reflection: Set aside time each day for prayer and/or journaling, to connect with God and reflect on your journey.
📍Scripture Study: Commit to reading and studying texts regularly, maybe through a reading plan an app on your phone, or Her Walk With Christ is doing a 5 day Bible study you can follow along with starting November 4th.

📍Volunteer Together: Participate in service projects that reflect your values, building relationships with others.
📍Intentional Family Time: Create traditions or activities that encourage spiritual discussions and bonding with family members.
📍Personal Growth - Set Goals: Identify specific virtues to cultivate, such as patience, kindness, or forgiveness, and create actionable steps to develop them.

📍Self-Care: Prioritize physical and mental well-being, recognizing that caring for yourself enhances your ability to serve others.
📍Integrate Faith into Daily Life: Look for ways to express your beliefs through work, hobbies, and interactions with others.
📍Share Your Journey: Use social media or personal conversations to share your faith story and inspire others.
📍Regular Reflection: Set aside time each month to review your goals and assess your progress, adjusting as needed.
📍Celebrate Achievements: Acknowledge and celebrate milestones, no matter how small, to maintain motivation and gratitude.
By establishing faith-driven goals, you can build a life that reflects their values and deepens your spiritual journey. Embrace this opportunity to grow, connect, and inspire both yourself and others around you.
Have a blessed November! Don’t forget… set your goals and stick to them! ✝️
